Ample parking. Room was large and comfortable. Excellent water pressure in shower. Carts at front door to move luggage. Friendly staff. Free coffee and cookies on arrival. Breakfast—even though oven was out two types of hot breakfast sandwiches provided along with hot cinnamon rolls, make your own pancakes, cereal, muffins, bread and bagels for toasting with toppings, oatmeal (and hot water to make it), several types of yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. Much better breakfast spread than many hotels we’ve stayed at in the past which DO have working ovens!

We travel frequently for competitions. This was one of the best complementary breakfasts we've had. It was better than some that were not complementary. We were able to control the temperature with complete satisfaction. More and more hotels are using temperature restrictions. Electronic shades. It was nice not fighting with the rolling pull strings. Modern lighting. Large bathroom. We had a microwave and a large mini fridge.

Everything we experienced was top notch. My husband always says if he has a good bed and a good high water pressure shower, he is happy. But we had more than that. We had great people who welcomed us, a great breakfast with wonderful service and a nice, clean, room very nicely appointed with great little extras (loved the indirect lighting in the room and the quality lighting in the bathroom.

Sometimes hotels can be inconsistent when traveling through smaller towns but this Holiday Inn & Suites had friendly staff upon arrival, easy check in and spacious/clean accommodations. It was also very quiet with a view of the mountains. I would stay here again.

Our outlets stopped working the morning we were leaving. We were getting ready for a pageant and they gave us access to a second room to plug in curling irons and fix hair. The breakfast was good. Decent coffee. Staff was very friendly.
